Mining Associates was started in 1975 with only two small diamond drills for undertaking diamond core drilling work in coal mines and has now grown to become by far the biggest Diamond Drilling Organization in the private sector in the country. Its Managing Director Mr. R B Bansal is a renowned Mining Engineer with more than 40 years experience in mining & drilling. One of the Director is a Mechanical Engineer with 15 years experience in drilling and other Director are looking after Finance, administration, and Stores. It has in its employment a number of experienced graduate and diploma holder, Mining (drilling), Mechanical & Civil engineers. It has also qualified and experienced Geologists and Surveyors in addition to a large number of educated drilling supervisors and mechanical foreman with very long (10-25 years) experience in drilling, repairing & overhaul of machinery. The company has a large force of highly skilled and experienced operators, mechanics and their helpers and other supporting personnel for its various drills, compressors, vehicles and other drilling and mining machinery.
