About Dr. Rajnish Ranjan :-

An experienced professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in Disaster Risk Management ; Training, Capacity Building and Academic Management including e-Learning ; Government Business Strategy Having worked in few of the apex organizations in the Government of India including National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) and other allied institutions, Rajnish has managed multidisciplinary teams in varied thematic areas related to Disaster Risk Reduction. Training, Capacity Building and Academic Management are his core area of expertise, wherein he has proven leadership skills of conducting more than 200 training programmes, workshops, webinars etc. including national and state level workshops with NIDM,NDMA and states ATIs. Rajnish has developed strong exposure in e-learning & blended learning management and has proved his dexterity in the project ‘UGC e-PG Pathshala’ by developing modules on Disaster Risk Management as well as revamping of online courses & Self Study programmes of NIDM. With his strong networking skills, he has developed strong rapport with apex institutions and agencies in the union and state governments as well as state disaster management authorities (SDMAs) across the country.
