Since its inception in 2006 , SWPE took its first step in the field of drilling and exploration services in the year 2007 with just a small fleet of two drill machines . Over the years the company evolved not only in terms of manpower and fleet size but also in terms of varied expertise , which it could offer to its ever increasing customer base from exploration of mineral and coal , to CBM (Coal Bed Methane) exploration & production, Aquifer Mapping and providing Gelogical & Geophysical services etc. . With the combined efforts of its young management, experienced professionals and dynamic workforce, the company is able to provide quality, timely & safe delivery of its services to its customers both within the country and overseas also. SWPE currently has a large fleet of 37 numbers of coring, RC & DTH rigs , having drilling capacity between 300m to 2000m and with an average age of rigs being less than 5 years. As a 360 deg. Service provider in the field of exploration services, the company also has a strong geological services division with 15 geoscientists along with 2 Nos. of geophysical logging units, resistivity meters & magnetometers for carrying out geophysical surveys.
